Full and Honorary Academic of 8 counties-Yashar Ibadov started working as a doctor in 1985, becoming the chief physician of the Maarif sanatorium, Baku (1996- 2001).

He created the new science during the period from 1990 to 1998. Copyright for a new scientific approach called Alternative Psychology is registered by the Russian Copyright Society in the register No. 6274 dated March 3, 2003. Based on Alternative Psychology methodology, the author has made a number of inventions in the field of information medicine and nanotechnology, written several monographs and more than 30 significant scientific works. It’s been published on local and foreign press regularly.

In 2002, Yashar Ibadov became a well-known specialist in the field of psychodiagnostics, psychophysiology and psychocorrection and created the Medical and psychological center Yashadan Eller (Healing Hands).

In 2003 based on the methods of “Alternative Psychology” science authored by Yashar Saday oglu, a laboratory of psychohygiene and medical psychological diagnostics was opened at the state level in the Educational Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2004, Ibadov received a patent (No. 00649) for the new method he created for Eurasian countries.Also according to that Alternative Psychology training courses and school were open.

The inventions have been patented and certified Y.S. Ibadov’s new developments, inventions and technologies of Alternative Psychology science received the European Quality Award and Prime Quality Standard license by the Europe Business Assembly from 28 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America for the use of the brand and the symbolics for marketing purposes (London, 2013)

Yashar Ibadov won several globally important prizes as :

-Le merite de L’invention -Grade: Chevalier (2004), Le merite de L’invention - Grade: Commander (2005), Rose of Paracelsus awards in Brussels (2019), International Prize European Quality (2013), Gold medal at the International Exhibition Eureka in Belgium (2005), “Leading Intellectuals of the World”medal and diploma for Alternative Psychology from American Biographical Institute, He is a full and honorary academician in the academies of the leading countries of the world: England, Turkey, USA, Germany, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia. In 2020, Academician Ibadov was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Academic Union of Oxford for his contribution to the intellectual development of the world.

Since 2023, Yashar Ibadov has been the Ambassador of the International Business Institute.

Yashar İbadov was appointed as an expert in the field of energy information sciences for Transcaucasian countries and received an expert certificate.

Yashar Ibadov is currently a Nobel candidate.

At the moment he is the head of the Innovation Development Center Yai-Osido which operates under the “Healing Hands” (Yashadan Eller) Medical Care Center.
